Tim
Julian at The Colour Field has the ability to focus enthusiastically
and extremely skilfully on many different music styles, and this made
it possible for me to record "Songs of the Rings" creatively,
achieving exactly the sounds and dynamics that I wanted. He always
has just the right equipment available too. I have recorded extensively
in Australia and Europe, and can say that The Colour Field is one
of my very favourite studios. |

Colour Field Recording Studio had a really friendly and welcome
feel to it, which made it is easy to relax and concentrate on the
music. Tim's own musical creativity was greatly appreciated when
it came to the production of my album as he was able to offer suggestions
that enhanced a number of tracks on the CD. Tim was very flexible
with his time and was always prepared to put in the effort and commitment
needed to produce a fantastic sounding finished CD.

Over
the past few years we have used The Colour Field Recording Studio
a number of times to record for our production and training programmes.
The friendly service and quality recording has been of a very satisfactory
level. Our recent recording at The Colour Field was a major presentation
used in a national tour of NZ. With sharing each others ideas and
the studio expertise, we produced an awesome piece for our presentation.
